The Cannon Store is the online & retail sales division of the Bellmore Johnson Company. Since 1975 the Bellmore Johnson Company has manufactured Winchester Signal Cannons under exclusive license from the Olin Corporation. The Cannon Store is also proud to be an authorized dealer of RBG Cannons' fine yachting cannons, handbuilt in Madison, CT by R. Berkeley George (Ye Olde Cannon Maker).

All prices for products listed on this website are in US Dollars. Customer agrees to the product's listed price at time of purchase. We do not offer any price matching and we cannot make a price adjustment after an order has shipped. Sale prices do not apply to previously purchased items.

| Customized Cannons |
|
Because of our close affiliation with the cannon makers, nearly all of our cannon models can have features & finishes customized to you or your organization's specifications. Please contact us for further information.

| Firearms License |
|
No license is required to purchase or own our cannons. They are classified by the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) as saluting & signaling devices and not as a firearm or weapon.

| International Orders |
Our website can only accept orders from the 48 contiguous US states. If your order requires shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada please contact us to make shipping arrangements.
For orders to Canada the customer is responsible for all VAT or import taxes.
Sorry, we cannot accept orders from other international locations.

|
We have factory parts for all cannon models on our website. However, due to the tools required and safety concerns we do not recommend customers servicing their own cannons. Please contact us for further information or an estimate for repairs.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover for online & telephone purchases. We also accept personal checks & money order sent via postal mail.

The Cannon Store respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your personal information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for order processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from The Cannon Store are updates to any recent orders.

| Return Policy |
Nondefective Items:
All nondefective, unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip and manuals.
Any nondefective, used merchandise (including cannons that have been fired) is subject to return at the discretion of The Cannon Store. Nondefective, used items that are accepted for return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling costs for nondefective items cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item to us.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at The Cannon Store
Damaged & Defective Items:
Please contact The Cannon Store immediately if any items are received damaged.

| Sales Tax |
|
Sales tax is only required for purchases from within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipped to Connecticut addresses will be charged 6% for state sales tax.

| Shipping & Handling |
We use UPS to ship your order. For your convenience we offer Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. All shipments are insured. The cost of insurance is calculated into your shipping total.
To protect our customers, all orders exceeding $100 require signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
If your order requires special shipping arrangements such as Saturday delivery please contact us for assistance.
Due to UPS regulations orders containing blank shells are limited to Ground shipment.

| Warranty Information |
The manufacturer guarantees it's cannons to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and will repair of replace, at its option, any cannon or part thereof having such a defect provided it has not been abused or misused and maintained according to instructions packaged with your cannon.
This is the sole warranty, and the manufacturer expressly disclaims any other warranty or representation, whether expressed or implied.
If your cannon requires warranty service please contact us for instructions on returning your cannon.
